Actress Kriti Sanon with Hairstylist Aasif Ahmed and Makeup Artist Adrian Jacobs
KritiSanon has been looking her best these days promoting her upcoming film ‘Raabta’. One of the main reasons for this transformation of hers from being a cute girl next door to the hot diva has been her glam squad which consists of hairstylist Aasif Ahmed and make up artist Adrian Jacobs. The actress has been setting trends like never before and it’s working for her like magic, the credit definitely goes to her team. We present to you her iconic hair & make up moments during the Raabta promotions:
Hair Goals:
Messy one sided braid
Bringing the feminine side of Kriti in the fore front, though this style is an out an out one sided braid. Aasif left some loose hair in front which gave a very soft and slightly grunge to the hair.
Waterfall twist
A waterfall braid has become common among beauty enthusiasts and fashionistas. However, this look had a little ‘twist’ and its called waterfall twists, where the hair is givensome soft waves at the bottom with a girly edge at the same time.
Dutch braided messy pony tail
A braid one one side culminating into a pony tail and again leaving few strands in front gives a very messy feel to the hair on Kriti in this one
One side French braid
For this one, it was apt letting the hair down on one side straight hair and French braided on the other giving aa little edgy feel to the whole look.
Make Up Goals:
A little bit of Matt-ish look in the sun. For Summers, the look had a lovely Armani base and the under eye was concealed with a little bit of orange tint concealer and a derma product concealer was used with just a dab it because Kritisanon does not usually use a lot of makeup. The artist generally keeps it minimal and she has beautiful features like a perfect jawline. One feature of hers is played around with, either the eye or the lips mainly. They do blush from benefit by dabbing it only on the apple of her cheeks. This look has the eyeshadow all over the eye line area of the eyes and lots of mascara for beautiful natural lashes number 53 from Uroparis. The eyebrow was then filled with brown eyeshadow. The lipstick was from one of Inglot’s pink products, which is a cream base product.
For this one a hot lip from MAC was used, its a very strong maroonish red lipstick. The artist popped the lipstick and used little bit of base and concealer with the same eyelashes as mentioned above and the same pattern of eyebrows with the Armani base taken a little bit and spread all over. The under eye has also a little bit of Estee Lauder double wear concealer and for this hot lip to fill in and benefit blush along with a product called Girlactik shimmer shine, a product from America, used with a fan brush with just sharp a bit on the cheek area.
For this smokey brown eyes look, the make up artist used Faces eye pencils in dark brown shade and put it all over the eyelids spread it all over and smudged it everywhere and then an eyeshadow from either MAC or Sephora can be used as they have a little shimmer. This was then smudged over the pencil and a little bit of highlight was used on top. A Sephora liquid liner was used on that liner a little bit and smudged again with carbon black eyeshadow from MAC and the same shade of mascara 53 from Uroparis used and again the Girlactik on the cheek was used with Armani base on the face and the lipstick used is called Rose from MAC. It was a complete nude look with little pink tint to it.
The cheek had very little blush. Same pattern Armani base was used here. There was dusty pink lipstick on the lip and Sephora eyeliner on the eye. This was a very simple eyeliner look. Whenever someone keeps their hair swept back like a sharp eye liner look with the liquid Sephora should be made. Then a nice mascara is to be used and then curled and lash 53 or 54 from Uroparis are to be put. A dusty pink lipstick and filled in eyebrows completed the look.
